Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction if so important to us at Wild Wit Wear. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.)

If we made a mistake or there is a fault in your purchase, that we didn't catch when sending it out, please Contact Us and we’ll a send a replacement right away, and include your return label in the substitute package.

Do you offer FREE Returns?

Yes, we sure do* Super easy and no worries! 

*For any returns, just reach out to us and with any and all information you have and we'll make it right.  We do ask that you cover the cost of return ship labels for any items that are purchased from our 'Sale' Section, but everything else is covered by us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

1) Submit your return request via email to wildwitwear@gmail.com and we'll get back to you with all the info you need within 24-48 hours.

2) You'll receive a Free Return Shipping Label to affix to our reusable packaging (or comparable) and drop in the mail. 

3) Your return/exchange will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return package.

What happens next:

Our customers who have had to return any items will get a receipt from us of your returned package.  It can take up to 12 days for your money to appear back in your account.  

If you are exchanging an item, then you'll get a new order confirmation with a $0 charge as soon as we get your returned package.  Shipping and tracking information will follow right after as soon as your order is reprinted.
